Despite their substantial overhaul on the looks department, the 2019-2023 Ford Rangers still look at their absolute best when fitted with a big lift kit and standing on larger and more aggressive wheel and tire options. Our friends over at Rough Country have an excellent way to make it all happen with this awesome 6″ Suspension Lift Kit for the Rangers with 4WD. Each one of these kits adds up to 6″ of ride height to your truck and allows you to fit on 305/55R20 tires when using 20″ wheels with 6″ of backspace. The Rough Country 6″ Lift Kit comes with a full set of front and rear lift hardware that work together to give your truck an aggressive new stance, improved ground clearance, and one of the best looks that you’ll find on the street or the trail.
Features Strut Spacers and Crossmembers with Differential Skid Plate
Each one of Rough Country’s 2019-2023 Ford Ranger 6″ Lift Kits features strong lift components and high-quality hardware. The front ride height increase is provided by a pair of front strut spacers that install right on top of your factory struts and bolt into your Ranger’s body mount. The strut spacers are paired with lifted knuckles with long spindles that keep your truck’s factory upper control arms near OEM angles and specs. The front end lift components also include a front and rear crossmember and differential drop brackets that adjust your truck’s lower control arm angles and CV angles back to OEM specs to prevent wear, keep near-OEM ride quality, and to maintain proper travel. The front lift components come with all the hardware you need to get them installed on your aggressive 2019-2023 Ford Ranger build. A durable skid plate also protects the essentials located below your Ranger. Its strongn construction protects against ruthless terrain encountered off-road.
Fabricated Rear Blocks with Nitrogen N3 Shocks
For the rear of your truck, Rough Country uses pair of specially-designed rear blocks to add ride height, and they come with a full set of installation and supporting hardware to give your 2019-2023 Ford Ranger a great ride. Each of the rear blocks are fabricated, instead of cast, and feature an anti-wrap design that helps prevent axle wrap in extreme applications or on truck’s churning out more power than stock. The blocks come with longer U-bolts and install right in place of stock in a very simple, drop-in installation. Each kit comes with a pair of Rough Country’s Nitrogen charged N3 shocks that feature a 10-stage variable valving to provide a fairly smooth street ride while handling most basic off-road applications.
Wheel Fitment: This kit requires wheels with no more than 6″ of backspace.
Wheel Selection: Stock 17″ and 18″ wheels cannot be used with this kit. Rough Country recommends a 20×9 wheel with 6″ of backspacking and a 12mm offset.
Ranger Fitment: this lift kit will fits 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 Ford Rangers with 4WD. RWD/2WD Ranger Fitment: this shock will not fit an RWD/2WD Ranger out of the box, due to slight differences in the RWD truck’s lower shock mounts. Replacing or boring out the included bushing sleeve will allow fitment on an RWD/2WD Ranger. For aluminum spindles only: these UCAs will only fit Rangers with cast aluminum spindles, and will not fit Rangers with cast iron spindles. Please verify your truck’s spindle/knuckle type before ordering.
