At the front, the kit boasts diesel-specific FOX 2.5 coil-over shocks, heavy-duty replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, and a track bar bracket for precise steering correction. Sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and fabricated steel blocks contribute to a leveled stance from front to rear, optimizing both form and function. The high-strength tubular radius arms replace factory stamped steel arms, offering caster adjustment for various lift heights. Mounted in the factory location, these arms feature OE-style rubber bushings at the frame mount, ensuring smooth, quiet, and service-free operation. Steering correction is achieved with a forged drop pitman arm, minimizing the steering angle, paired with a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep the steering system in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.

The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series shocks are a standout feature of this kit, offering increased off-road capabilities and allowing easy adjustment for terrain, load, and speed. The shocks feature a 2.5-inch impact-extruded aluminum body, a massive 7/8-inch hard chrome-plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, and an external reservoir design that separates shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen. The Dual Speed Compression Adjuster (DSC) adds remarkable versatility, while the fully serviceable design ensures a lifetime of use. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer u-bolts, brake line brackets, and a set of FOX Performance shocks. The leaf springs eliminate the need for a lift block, reducing axle wrap and creating a more controlled and stable feel. - This kit is not compatible with trucks equipped with radius arm mounted ride height sensors.
- Ford recommends the replacement of the pitman arm nut after each time it has been removed.
- Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
- If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402.
- Due to the taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net full advertised lift height. Final ride height will be the same as standard models.
- Larger tires on stock wheel are not recommended due to interference with brake line, radius arm and sway bar. Use recommended specs listed in wheel and tire fitment section.
- Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37×12.50 tires on certain wheel setups.
- Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 406 ft-lbs.
- Trucks without top mounted overload springs will require (4) UBT4028.
