The arms mount in place of the factory location and offer caster adjustment to ensure proper alignment and suspension geometry, Both arms come equipped with an OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount for smooth, quiet, and service-free operation. Additionally, you’ll receive a track bar relocation bracket and pitman arm to maintain proper steering angles. This means you’ll experience better handling and control compared to other lift systems that don’t accommodate for the increase in ride height. Best of all, each coilover comes equipped with a DSC adjuster which adds remarkable versatility and precise tuning with a simple twist of the knobs. 10 levels of low-speed and 12 levels of high-speed compression adjustment allow you to dial in your suspension performance for varying terrain, making your Super Duty capable of so much more.

BDS manufactured their 5″ Radius Arm Lift Kit using only premium components and upgrades to ensure unmatched strength and reliability each time you get behind the wheel. Aside from the increase in ride height and ride quality you’ll achieve with this lift system, BDS also includes a complete set of front and rear FOX 2.0 Performance Series Shocks. The upgraded FOX shocks feature a 2″ impact-extruded aluminum body paired with a large 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, offering up plenty of durability for high-performance applications, both on and off road. The shocks’ race-developed, high-flow piston and application-specific valving work to increase comfort over varying terrain, helping provide an enjoyable ride each time you get behind the wheel. This base system also includes a set of rear blocks to maintain a leveled stance, all while working to correct pinion angles for proper geometry. This is exceptionally helpful for towing and hauling applications, keeping your truck stable when loaded down. Important Notes:

• This kit is not compatible with trucks equipped with radius arm mounted ride height sensors.
• Ford recommends the replacement of the pitman arm nut after each time it has been removed.
• Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
• If your truck is equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402.
• Due to the taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net full advertised lift height. Final ride height will be the same as standard models.
• Larger tires on stock wheel are not recommended due to interference with brake line, radius arm and sway bar. Use recommended specs listed in wheel and tire fitment section.
• Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37×12.50 tires on certain wheel setups.
• Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 406 ft-lbs.
• Trucks without top mounted overload springs will require (4) UBT4028.
