Designed from younger, more modern classics, Castrol’s GTX 10W40 is suitable for cars from 1978 to 1993. Often called “Liquid Engineering”, it is a mineral 10w/40 with a blend of period-correct additives for superior wear and corrosion protection, including ZDDP. This oil can be used in vehicles either with or without a catalytic converter and is suitable for both petrol and diesel engines.
