All of Diode Dynamics’s beam patterns were made with optical simulation modeling to make the best pattern possible. This specific model uses both a flood and driving pattern to brighten your path. The 80? W x 50? H pattern provides even light unlike generic floods, which have been known to operate like heavily diffused spot beams. The flood offers a true spread of light to brighten up the countryside at low speeds or when backing up. The 20? W x 8? H pattern excels in directing light downrange while you are driving quickly. They coexist by featuring a single flood lens in the bar’s middle, and two driving lenses on the outside of the light bar. It has a peak beam intensity of 245,000 candela, uses 6,400 lumens and shines 2,004 lux at ten meters. The light’s 2000K color produces a a deep yellow color, perfect to cut through bad weather conditions. These lights are a clear choice for off-road trips, and only off-road.
